* How do I contact you (for ANY reason) if I have questions or have issues with my order?

Please Do Not Text Me :) I cannot guarantee that I will get the text message.  The text messages you recieve about your gallery/order is through a service and sometimes they do not get to me in a timely manner.

* Is it possible to place a single order for multiple siblings?

Yes! Click on "Did you get another access code?" under the main menu "Login". You can enter up to five access codes at the same time. This way you will have access to all available photos. You can combine the order and save on shipping costs.

* I received an access card with an access code - how can I order my photos?

If you have received an access card with a personal access code, go to the "Login" page, enter the access code and click on "Open Album."

* I received an email with login information - how can I order photos?

After you have placed an order or registered with the online shop, you will receive an email with login credentials. Using your email and the new password, you can use the "Customer Login" to enter your personal gallery, order photos, and check the status of your orders.

* Where can I see the status of my order?

The easiest way is to click the link within your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log in with the password and email address you received via email. Once you’ve logged in, your order details can be found under "My Account."

* How long will the delivery take?

Digital downloads are not instantly downloadable after purchase due to the editing process and will be released as soon as they are completed.  We do in-house editing so this may take 1 day, or 1 week.  Thank you for your understanding. A link to the digital download(s) will be sent to the email that was used to order.

Prints are part of a batch order after the ordering deadline closes.  Any printed products will be delivered to your athlete’s studio/gym within 4-6 weeks of the gallery opening.  You will receive communication from your studio/gym when those prints are their for pick up.

* Is the logo (watermark) going to be removed from the image?

Of course! The watermark is only used to protect your work against illegal downloads.

* What is the quality of prints, posters, etc.?

We are committed to offering only the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your photo products, please feel free to get in touch. We are devoted to your satisfaction.

* Backgrounds *NEW THIS SEASON* We are pleased to offer a variety of backgrounds as well as our high key white. 

* Can I crop the images?

Yes. You will find this option within the shopping cart. If you crop the image, an enlargement of the selected area is created. Look for the stars which indicate whether the photo's resolution is sufficient for the enlargement.  Cropping is reviewed before being released to the printers.

* I rarely order online - how can I order my photos here?

Select a photo that you like from your album and click "Order photo.” Then select the product of your choice, enter the desired quantity, and click on "Add to cart." When you have placed all of the photos you like into your shopping cart, click "Cart" on the top right of the screen and follow the instructions.

* How many days do I have to order my photos online?

You will have TWO WEEKS to order. The first week only will have coupons available within the ordering process.  At the end of the 2 week period (usually ending on Sunday evening), everything will be processed and sent to the printer.  This can take another 2-4 weeks.  Digital images will be released to you, via email,  when the batch print order of your gym/studio is sent to print.  Once the printed images are received, we will deliver them to your gym/studio.  After the 2 week deadline,  orders will be delivered to you directly with an additional shipping fee.

* Why do my images look dark, have light stands, backdrops, etc. in them?

Some images that are uploaded for viewing are unedited until purchased. Once purchased, the images are edited, to include minor retouching of things like bruises, cuts and other minor blemishes. *Some images may be already edited :)

* Why can’t I see my child’s photos?

Please make sure your child took photos. If you believe they did take photos, please email us and we can double check.

* What if I can’t find my access code?

If a parent was not in attendance on photo day the student was given a paper with a QR code with that information. However, if you did not receive that paper please contact us at tony@aspiremultimedia.com with student and parent name so that we can locate that for you. Not all students were photographed.

* What if I just want 1- 8x10, button, etc.?

Those are a la carte items and you can simply order them:)

* Why is package A the “Best Deal”?

Within that package you can add additional poses ($15 per pose) which means you can include 1 image as the 8x10, another pose/costume as the 5x7s, and another pose for 4x5s and wallets . For example that would be $70 for the package +$15x2= $30 for a total of $100 for 3 different poses/costumes as prints. Then if you want, for $25, you will get all 3 images as digital downloads, for a total $125. So you get prints, all digital in this package and 1 team photo!

* How do I order a digital of the group/team photo(s)?

We only offer prints of group/team photos unless you order the Buy All Optiion.

* How do I order group/team photos only?

**This doen't apply to every studio/gym**

If your athlete did not take individual photos and you want to purchase just the group/team photos, there is separate access code for group/team photos only. Please contact us for the Access Code.  *Please note that group/team photos are print only.
